At the start of the 2020 season, the "Roman baker" Heiner Thul on Sunday, February 2nd, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., will immerse visitors in the Roman Villa Borg in the world of ancient bread baking.
The ovens of the ancient kitchen are fired again to show visitors how the Romans prepared their delicious bread. Visitors can look over the shoulder of the Roman baker or even lend a hand while grinding grain at the Roman mill. He also knows a lot about the eating and drinking habits of the Romans and knows many anecdotes.
The costs for the theme day "Roman baking" are included in the entrance fee of the villa.
-> On March 6th there is another opportunity to take part in this activity.
