Since 2018 we have been organizing an action day on the International Museum Day on the project site next to the old Saxon grave field Liebenau / Steyerberg. Our long-term goal is to become known as an open-air museum with a complete courtyard from the 9th century.

Our members work tirelessly on the expansion and completion of this courtyard complex. In order to present the area to the public and show its development, we hold action days several times a year. Here visitors can find out about the way of life in the early Middle Ages and try out different things.

Due to the corona situation, the international museum day cannot be held with a face-to-face event either in 2020 or this year. We have therefore decided to present this museum day digitally, see YouTube video.
