Archeofest®, the festival of experimental Archaeology conceived and organized by the Cultural Association Paleoes - eXperimentalTech ArcheoDrome, reaches this year its sixth edition in collaboration with Museo delle Civiltà, Museo Nazionale Etrusco di Villa Giulia and the Istituto Centrale per la Demoetnoantropologia. Also this year the event will be hosted in two exceptional contexts: the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia and the Museum of Civilizations.
The initiative will open on March 9, at the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia, with an event entitled: "Aspettando Archeofest®", while from April 5 to 7 at the Museum of Civilizations - prehistoric ethnographic museum "Luigi Pigorini" will perform "Archeofest®", the festival of experimental Archaeology. In these days, in addition to experimental initiatives for an audience of non-professionals, on 5 and 6 April, a conference will take place entitled "Metallurgica. Stories of craftspeople, metals and techniques".
