During this craft weekend you will discover special historical crafts from earlier times, from prehistoric times to the Middle Ages. For example, we light a field oven and a biscuit oven to bake pots, we spin and weave clothing and we forge the most beautiful products. In addition, you can have something cast in tin by our craftswoman. All kinds of crafts that are in danger of being lost.

There are several historical residents working with their hands, for example:

  • pottery
  • Woodworking
  • forging
  • Garment and textile processing

Discover how our craftsmen go about it, refine your own techniques or discover your latest hobby. Are you an experienced spinner and would you like to spin in a different environment? Then take your spinning wheel with you or take a seat on one of our many spinning wheels! Do you have no experience yet but would you like to learn it? Then join the good company of experienced spinsters who can teach you the trade. This is how we keep this beautiful craft alive together.
