In a day dedicated to terramare’s food, chef Daniele Reponi offers the public "prehistoric" gourmet sandwiches between the recovery of tradition and unusual combinations, served by the archaeologists of the Park.

Daniele Reponi in twenty years has specialized in the sandwich: an art that the "not-chef" has brought up to TV. Taking advantage of the highest quality products, it manages to compose tasty and richly traditional elaborations.
