Dr Geedh graduated in Arts & Crafts, specialized in Pottery & Ceramics, after finished her M.A. in Archaeology. As a part of her research, she is working in experimental and public archaeology. She also has an interest in documentation of various traditional arts & craft societies -living traditions, to understand their present technologies and revival of ancient crafts. Besides that, she does documentation of Heritage monuments and sites. Her latest projects are - “Aurangabad Heritage Listing- 2011-12” for INTACH- Aurangabad chapter (India), and documentation and research of Medieval Handmade Paper Industry. For her doctoral research, her focus was to understand Chalcolithic Pottery Technology of Central India and experiments related to pottery manufacturing and its technology.
