On 22 April the two buildings located at the foot of the Monte Bibele massif, generally known as Monte Bibele Services Center, are officially inaugurated.
After decades of hard work, not just scientific research, we are proud to finally inaugurate the structures that will serve as a focal point for welcoming visitors to the Monte Bibele Area of Archaeological and Natural Interest.

Bark Basketry Workshop with Terry the Weaver

In this workshop, you will learn the skills of harvesting, storing and weaving with willow bark. Terry studied in Finland with a willow bark weaver as well as a birch bark weaver and will pass on these skills on this workshop. Bark baskets may be folded, knotted and woven and we will explore these techniques on the day.
