This year we started two Grundtvig lifelong learning Projects, through collaboration between a dozen EXARC members. Zeitgeist and Didarchtik both lasted two years and meant a lot of adults were travelling and learning.
We worked hard on the OpenArch application, which had initially failed, and was then later accepted. We held an EXARC meeting in St Fagans, in Wales, UK.
Later that year, a delegation from EXARC attended the first conference of REARC in the United States. REARC is an association on reconstructive and experimental archaeology. Having started from the Society of Primitive Technology, a couple of years later, REARC took over the legal states of the SPT when that association, with an important history, died. EXARC supported REARC from the early start.
