In the run up to the #EAC12 Conference, and thanks to the VSB Fonds and the Rabobank, EXARC hosts an online workshop for about 10 of our volunteers. They will learn to handle aggression, to de-escalate and care for the victim. This may sound very serious, and even though EXARC has not had any serious aggression or harassment issues reported to us, our activities get that much frequented that we take our responsibility and are prepared for the worst.
