In Northern Brazil, friends of EXARC (Pequido Cerrado) are setting up a Living Museum of the Traditional Peoples of Minas Gerais. The museum is called Solar do Sertão and they need help with their crowdfunding campaign.
The local population is a mix of seven traditional groups and keeping their stories and culture alive is what this museum is for. There is a historic building already, and several organisations in Brazil support the idea. EXARC too is happy to see this development to keep the knowledge of traditional groups alive. The plans include ancient technology linked with archaeology.
They need about 5,000 EUR to make this work. If they get the money together, it will be matched! Deadline for your help is February 25, and every cent counts. Come along with us to build this story!
