In Hungary, EXARC held its 15th conference, the last one in cooperation with liveARCH. During this scientific meeting, we held an important general meeting where EXARC was disbanded – the Swedish organisation has been liquidated and 5 minutes later, the participants to the conference founded a new EXARC, with its legal seat in the Netherlands.

*The charter, which had been under discussion for 1.5 years and amended by the Dutch notary, was approved without any changes and registered later, on 22 December 2009.
