Many people have a lasting influence on the field of archaeological open-air museums or experimental archaeology. They often approach the world in a non-conformist way, leading to interesting new ways of looking at the matter. EXARC offers these colleagues the chance to explain in their own words what they think is important, how the world changed and what could be done differently, based on their decades of experience. In some case, however, we unfortunately were too late for an interview and therefore publish an obituary here instead.
